How it works

  • The 365 Athletix Bigger, Faster, Stronger Bulking Program is an intensive 8-week regimen designed to maximize your muscle growth, speed, and overall athletic performance. The program includes:
  • 5 Days a Week Training: Commit to a rigorous schedule with three days dedicated to weight lifting and three days focused on running and explosive power exercises.5
  • Weight Lifting Days: These sessions are designed to build muscle mass and strength through a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups.
  • Running Days: These workouts aim to enhance your speed, agility, and cardiovascular endurance through sprints, intervals, and other running drills.
  • Weekly Check-ins with Coach Zeke: Once a week, you'll meet with Coach Zeke to ensure your technique and mechanics are on point, providing personalized feedback and adjustments to optimize your performance.
